The Counter's signature cake, no occasion is complete without our raspberry chocolate mudcake. On paper the double chocolate ganache makes it sound richer than rich, but the fresh sharpness of the raspberry is there for a reason, lightening the tone and ensuring there'll be no leftovers.

Ingredients: Chocolate, butter, self raising flour, sugar, cream, water, raspberries, FR eggs, cocoa, natural raspberry essence
